Our Roots
Everything started with love for our land
It all began in Gerani, in our village, where we were born, raised, and continue to live today. Surrounded by nature and our animals, we found our own balanced way of life, blending tradition with the present. When we created our first home, we realized something very simple: the world longs for the love and warmth we were fortunate to receive from our own family. This need for genuine connection and the joy of meeting new people led us to grow our family of homes — which today includes two villas and two apartments. But as our spaces grew, we kept searching for a way to truly express what we felt for the people who came to visit us.
The Meaning of Wandernest
A bridge between two worlds
And so, through our daily life, our name was born. We chose Wander for the spirit of discovery that you bring with you, and Nest for the cozy refuge we provide. We soon realized that language can never stand between a look and the heart, and that Wandernest is not a "tourist product," but a bridge. It is the connecting link between the world you are exploring and the village we call home—a place where the traveler stops being a guest and becomes part of our own story.

This connection doesn’t end at the walls of our homes, because for us, nature is not a backdrop—it is the very rhythm of our lives. From our grandparents to our parents, and now to our children, we have learned to respect the cycle of the earth: caring for our animals, cultivating our gardens, and harvesting what we eat. We don’t provide "services"; we share rituals. We invite you to step off the beaten path and join our daily life, where happiness springs from simple, shared things—from a meal under the trees to the quiet satisfaction of tending the land that sustains us.
